Laser cutting

Modern laser cutting enables us to provide fast and accurate results even with the most complicated components. Thanks to the precision of the laser there is generally no need for any post-processing. We cut the following sheet metals: stainless steel, ordinary steel, special steels (Hardox, Raex, Strenx) and aluminium. Our sheet metal cutting equipment: Watch the video Durmazlar fiber 2D laser cutting machine with interchangeable worktables and IPG 6 kW resonator. The laser cutting machine provides:
  • exceptionally high acceleration (20m/s²)
  • speed (200m/min)
  • precision (0,03 mm)
  • two automatically exchangeable worktables of 1500 x 3000 mm
  • minimum sheet thickness 0,5 mm
  • maximum sheet thickness 25 mm
We are certified according to EN 1090, which enables us to issue CE certificates for load-bearing structures and their components.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is a high-tech process, wherein metal is cut using a jet of plasma. The temperature of the plasma can reach up to 30,000 °C, making it possible to cut various metals and alloys. Upon request, we can also engrave metal components. The advantage of plasma cutting is the high cutting speed even when cutting holed components. Material losses due to cutting are minimal. We cut the following sheet metals: stainless steel, ordinary steel, special steels (Hardox, Raex, Strenx) and aluminium. Plasma cutting is suitable for metals with a thickness of 1.5–35 mm.

We have 3 plasma/oxy-fuel cutting machines:

  • Length of cutting machine worktables: 12 000 mm
  • Maximum sheet dimensions: 2 500 x 12 000 mm

Oxy-fuel cutting

Oxy-fuel cutting is one of the oldest metal cutting processes and consists of burning steel into oxides in a stream of oxygen. We generally use this method for cutting thicker sheet metal. We cut the following sheet metals: stainless steel, ordinary steel, special steels (Hardox, Raex, Strenx). Oxy-fuel cutting is suitable for metals with a thickness of 40–100 mm.

We have 3 plasma/oxy-fuel cutting machines:

  • Width of cutting machine worktables: 2 500 mm
  • Length of cutting machine worktables: 12 000 mm
  • Maximum sheet dimensions: 2 500 x 12 000 mm

Bending

Two bending machines allow us to offer our clients a fast and accurate service. We can bend all sheet metals that we can cut: stainless steel, ordinary steel, aluminium and special steels (Hardox, Raex, Strenx).

Hydraulic 3D bending machine AD-Servo 30220 technical details:

  • Bending force: 220 T
  • Maximum bending length: 3050 mm
  • Maximum throat depth at max bending length: 410 mm
  • Worktable width: 104 mm
  • Working speed: 12 mm/s
  • Rapid speed: 200 mm/s
  • Motor power: 2 x 5,1 kW

Component grinding

Starting from November 2018, we will also be offering component grinding with the M950 WET RRD automated wet deburring/grinding machine from Italian manufacturer SCM Group SpA.

Grinding machine advantages:

  • One machine, three different processes:
    • deburring of arc-cut metal components
    • edge rounding
    • material finishing, i.e. dulling.
  • Minimum/maximum working thickness: 0,5-200 m / min
  • Worktable width: 950 mm
  • Grinding speed: 0,5-10 m / min
  • One pass to achieve a component ready for welding or painting.
  • Minimal contamination/effects on the environment, production and workers/operators thanks to the closed design of the system, wherein all mechanical particles, i.e. metal dust, are collected in the collection tank of the machine.
  • Dry process – no chemical fluids or oils.
  • The entire process is CNC-operated (computer-controlled).
