Laser cutting

Laser cutting allows us to provide fast and correct results for even the most complex details. As the laser operation is correct, there is no need for subsequent post-processing of the parts.

Cutting materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, special steel (Hardox, Strenx), and aluminum. The thickness of the material to be cut: 0.5mm to 35mm.

Our technique for laser cutting:

  • Bodor fiber laser 20kW IPG
    • Interchangeable desks 2500x6000mm
  • Durmazlar fiber laser 6kW IPG
    • Interchangeable workbenches 1500x3000mm
    • Automatic loading and unloading tower
  • Durmazlar fiber laser 2kW
    • 1500×3000 mm

We have a certificate for the standard EN 1090, which also allows us to issue a CE certificate for load-bearing structures and their details.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is a high-tech process in which a metal is cut by a plasma jet. As the plasma temperature reaches up to 30,000 ° C, it is possible to cut many different metals and their alloys. If necessary, it can also be marked on the metal.

The advantage of plasma cutting is the high cutting speed, even when cutting parts with holes. Material loss during cutting is minimal. Cutting materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, special steel (Hardox, Strenx), and aluminum. Plasma cutting can cut metal with a thickness of 1.5–35mm.

We have three plasma and gas cutting machines:

  • The maximum size of the cut sheet is 2500 × 12000 mm

We have a certificate for the standard EN 1090, which also allows us to issue a CE certificate for load-bearing structures and their details.

Oxy-fuel cutting

Gas cutting is one of the oldest methods of cutting metal, where steel burns into oxides in a stream of oxygen. We generally use it to cut thicker sheet metal.

Cutting materials: carbon steel, special steels (Hardox, Strenx). When cutting gas, it is possible to cut metal with a thickness of up to 100 mm, the maximum size of the sheet to be cut is 2500×12000 mm.

We have a certificate for the standard EN 1090, which also allows us to issue a CE certificate for load-bearing structures and their details.

Bending

Three bending machines (220t, 160t, 135t) allow us to offer our customers fast and accurate service.

We bend the sheet metals that we also cut: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and special steels (Hardox, Strenx). Maximum sheet metal thicknesses during bending: stainless steel 12mm, carbon steel 15mm, special steels according to bending and edge length.

  • Maximum compression force 220t
  • Maximum bending pressure per 100t / meter
  • Maximum bending length 3000mm
  • Maximum part thickness 15mm

Metal sanding

We offer grinding of details with the automatic card grinder MD5 – CVC 1350 of the Italian company Costa Levigatrici.

Grinding machine features:

  • Three different processes in one device:
    • cardboard removal of metal cut with an arc flame
    • making rounding radii
    • material finishing or matting
  • Thickness of the material to be sanded 0.5-100mm
  • Desktop width 1350mm
  • Grinding speed 0.5-10 m / min
  • In one pass, the part is ready for either welding or painting
  • Minimal impact/pollution on the environment, production, and workers/operators due to the closed system, all mechanical particles or metal dust are collected in the collection tank of the device
  • Dry process, no chemical liquids or oils are used
  • The whole process is controlled through CNC

Roll bending

To offer a roll rolling service, we have a Durma HRB-4 hydraulic 4-roll bending machine in our fleet. The maximum bending length for ferrous metals is 3100mm, the pre-bending thickness at full length 23mm, and the bending thickness at full length 18mm (240 N / mm2). The minimum diameter of the rolled part is Ø374.

Rolling bending machine Durma HRB-4 30340:

  • Bending length of 3100mm
  • Max pre-bending thickness at full length 23mm
  • Max bending thickness at full length 18mm
  • Top roller Ø340
  • Lower roller Ø340
  • Side rollers Ø260
